James McGovern is an Experienced Professional with a proven sales and management background.  He has worked in Sales and Marketing at Management and Director Level in Ireland, Europe, and the US. 

James brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, selection, and development of new employees throughout his career.  He has a particular expertise in the sales and marketing areas, having hired his own teams in several organisations.  As a manager and recruitment professional he has worked both sides of the role, so he has a great understanding of client issues and concerns in this area.

Cormac McGrane

Director

With over 35 years of experience in the field of selection and development, Cormac McGrane brings a depth of experience in practical workplace assessments.  As a Management Consultant he has dealt with a great many organisations over the years from Multinational to Semi State to Large National Organisations and smaller emerging businesses. 

His core expertise lies in Psychometric Assessment, Ability Testing, Communication Skills and Creative Problem Solving and the application of these tools and techniques to business environments.  He is a Licensed McQuaig System™ Distributor and Interpreter Trainer.
